He has led AI-enabled modernization across legal, tech, and consulting sectors—introducing responsible-AI frameworks, automation systems, data-driven decision models, and high-retention performance cultures. His previous roles include Director of Operations at Kimbrough Legal and Senior Vice President of Operations & Delivery at 6Street Digital, where he drove AI-readiness programs, cloud and automation initiatives, SaaS product enablement, and large-scale operational expansion.

Anuj is a recognized AI transformation advocate with 20+ certifications from Microsoft, PMI, University of Maryland and IBM AI Academy, spanning AI leadership, governance, enterprise implementation, and ethical AI. He has co-founded startups, advised small-to-midsize companies on integrating generative AI and automation, and guided organizations through complex SaaS and AI-enabled change. 

Anuj holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and MS (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Oklahoma at Norman, grounding his work at Kairos in responsible innovation, systems thinking, and scalable AI-driven strategy.
