He has played key leadership roles in acquisitions, global expansion, and enterprise-wide digital transformation, consistently aligning strategy, execution, and culture to drive sustainable value creation.

Matthew brings deep expertise across logistics, SaaS, and complex global supply chains, with a strong commercial mindset and a data-driven approach to governance. He is recognized for building and empowering high-performance leadership teams, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and implementing scalable operating models that support long-term growth. Matthew began his academic career at Oklahoma State University and continued his studies at the University of Houston, where he further developed his foundation in business and leadership.
