Operations Director, Enterprise Accounts

As a sergeant in the US Army, I spent my last 4 years at Ft. George G. Meade in Maryland, where I was fortunate enough to discover my true passion, information technology, specifically UNIX System Administration. After my exit from the Army, I worked for multiple companies, including Computer Sciences Corporation, Northrop Grumman, IBM, and, currently, Infinidat. While at Northrop Grumman, I shifted career paths and became an IT Program Manager and discovered my love of customer experience management. Since then, I have held roles at IBM and Infinidat as a Customer Technical Advisor, and Operations Director of Enterprise Accounts at Infinidat for the last 5 years.
