My name is Patricia Keo, and I am a proud graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and have over 10 years of experience leading Accounting and Accounts Payables teams. Whether we are focused on the day-to-day, or are navigating through system implementations, upgrades or process improvements, I promote a customer focused approach and a mindfulness to the impact of our stakeholders. I am excited to serve as an advisor to the Customer Experience Program and look forward to a successful year ahead!
