She currently serves as Project Director at the Houston Methodist Academic Institute, where she leads initiatives in business planning, organizational design, and process improvement to advance research and education. Previously, Ritu held leadership roles at Baylor College of Medicine, guiding institutional strategy, accreditation planning, and performance management for executive leadership and the Board of Trustees.
Her expertise spans project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with partners across the Texas Medical Center. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Ritu holds a Master of Health Administration from the Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin. She is passionate about leveraging strategic operations to drive innovation and excellence in healthcare and academic institutions. |
