Rob Caswell is a CISO and U.S. Army veteran currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Cybersecurity Law and Policy at Texas A&M University. He holds an MBA in Cybersecurity from the Florida Institute of Technology, alongside Executive Certificates in Generative AI from Stanford University and Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age from Harvard University.

A CISSP-certified leader, Mr. Caswell specializes in transforming high-risk environments through three strategic pillars: Resource Optimization, demonstrated by his engineering of a military satellite retrofit that saved $3.7M; Process Innovation, notably pioneering a master audit framework adopted as a U.S. Army blueprint; and Cross-Functional Governance, where he leverages industry standards to secure and certify CMMC-compliant infrastructures. By integrating AI-driven innovation with his leadership and legal oversight, Mr. Caswell provides the board with a comprehensive perspective on the operational, regulatory, and ethical implications of technology in modern society.
